E-Switch is wholly owned subsidiary of Stein Industries, Inc. Stein Industries has been providing various services and quality products to a multitude of industries since 1907.

E-Switch, Inc. is a switch supplier whose product offerings continue to expand each year with new product introductions that cater to market niches. Customer demand has prompted the addition of several new products, including new lines of snap-action switches; slide switches; sealed, illuminated pushbutton switches; SMT pushbutton switches; and illuminated rocker switches. Healthy sales growth has also precipitated the relocation of E-Switch corporate headquarters into a state-of-the-art facility in Minneapolis Minnesota. The 100,000 square foot building provides fantastic manufacturing, quality control, warehouse, and shipping capabilities.

E-Switch Anti-Vandal Switch

Anti-Vandal Switches...

The bodies of the E-Switch anti-vandal switches are made from solid brass or stainless steel to be damage resistant. Other options include various actuator options, illumination in various colors, and water protection. All of their anti-vandal switches are RoHS Compliant.

The E-Swtich 5500 Series miniature, momentary function input switches are designed for use with dual-in-line package circuits and offer a crisp tactile feel.

Illuminated Pushbutton Switch Features Custom Cap Options...

The E-Switch LP15 series E-Switch introduces the new LP15 series illuminated pushbutton switch, featuring multiple LED colors, custom marking options for the caps, and several cap sizes. The LED colors available are red, blue, green, yellow, and white. You can choose from four different button colors, as well: black, red, white and transparent. You can choose a common graphic or customize your own graphic for the button cap. Specifications include:

  • Contact Rating: 1mA @ 20VDC
  • Electrical Life: 300,000 cycles
  • Contact Resistance: 200 ohms max @ 5VDC, 1.5mA
  • Contact Arrangement: SPST, Normally Open
  • Dielectric Strength: 250 VAC for 1 min.
  • Force: 125 gf +/- 35 grams
  • Travel: 1.3mm +/- 0.3mm
  • Operating Temperature: -20C to +70C

Illuminated Pushbutton Switch Right Angle, SMT Design with Long Travel...

The E-Switch LP37 series illuminated pushbutton switch features a right angle, surface mount design with long travel. LED colors of red, green and yellow are available. Specifications include:

  • Mechanical Life: 30,000 cycles
  • Force: 250 +/- 100 grams
  • Travel: Full: 5.1 +/- 0.5mm; Switching: 2.95 mm nom; Latching: 3.3mm nom.
  • Contact Arrangement: SPDT
  • Contact Rating: 3\20mVDC to 50VDC; 10mA to 250mA
  • Contact Resistance: 50milliohms (initial max)
  • Insulation Resistance: 1,000Megaohms (min @ 100VDC)

Round Illuminated Pushbutton Switch has an Extended Operating Life...

The E-Switch RP8100 series is a sleek, round illuminated pushbutton switch. The RP8100 is available with either a threaded or snap in panel mount. It is sealed to IP65 standards and comes with an LED illumination option. Specifications include:

  • Electrical Life – 500,000 cycles at full load
  • Operating Force – 300 gf +/- 100gf
  • Contact Rating – 125mA @ 125 VAC; 100mA @ 50 VDC
  • Contact Resistance – 5 milliohms max (initial)
  • Insulation Resistance – 1,000 Megaohms (Min @ 500VDC)
  • Dielectric Strength – 1,000 VAC rms.
  • Operating Temperature – minus 30C to + 85C
  • Contact Bounce – 10ms MAX
