At present, we have an excellent opportunity for a Field Sales Representative (FSR) in our Michigan territory.

The purpose of the FSR is to build and maintain influential relationships with customers, suppliers and Schuster colleagues to create demand for product Schuster offers by proactively offering solutions from an engineering and procurement perspective. This involves interaction with multiple departments and levels within a customer including engineering, production, and purchasing as well as a large supplier base. The primary function is to work directly with customers on concepts, new designs and procurement of Schuster supplier lines. FSR will communicate with management on new opportunities, performance of territory, potential performance risks of territory, and escalating customer issues/concerns as needed.

Qualifications:

• College Degree or equivalent training in electronic component sales.
• 4-6 years experience
• Good verbal and written communmication skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Presentation skills
• Technical aptitude
• Ability to learn quickly
